Notably, the case of driver Nguyen Sy H. (residing in Nam Dan) driving a car with a passenger in the back seat had a breath alcohol concentration of 0.183 mg/liter. The working group drew up a record to handle the case according to the law.

Explaining why he had been drinking and driving, driver H. said he was working at a company and had just signed a contract. Out of respect for the customer, he had a glass of wine at a nearby restaurant.
With the above alcohol concentration results, the car driver was fined 8 million VND, had his driver's license revoked for 10-12 months, and had his vehicle impounded for 7 days./.
