His father, a former elementary school teacher at Ky Son Town Elementary School, passed away on August 7 and his funeral was held the day before he entered the exam room.

That is candidate Truong Quang Dung - a student of class 12A1 at Ky Son High School. Yesterday afternoon, while other candidates were completing procedures for the High School Graduation Exam, Dung and his family were holding a funeral for his father in Tan Ky district.

After completing the rituals according to custom, Dung traveled more than 150 kilometers back to Ky Son to be in time for the exam this morning.This morning,The Ky Son High School Examination Council also created conditions for Dung to supplement the exam procedures to participate in the 2020 High School Graduation Exam according to regulations.

According to the regulations, when entering the examination site, Truong Quang Dung must also comply with the regulations, without exception. However, the Examination Council also discussed with the medical department, prepared medicine, milk, etc. to promptly provide first aid if you are tired, mentally and physically exhausted after having just finished organizing the funeral for your father, and having to travel far at night from your hometown to Ky Son district.

Before that, Dung's father was a teacher at the town's primary school. Before that, he was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer and despite all efforts to treat him, he did not survive. "Before his father passed away, Dung promised to try his best in the upcoming exam so that his father would not be sad. Dung encouraged his mother and stood up with the family to organize a thoughtful funeral for his father" - teacher Bui Tien Dung, homeroom teacher of Dung's 12 A1 class, added.

In class, Dung studied well and registered for the high school graduation exam to apply for university admission to group A.
