Russia comments on new sanctions
The United States has expanded new sanctions against Russia, thereby demonstrating to the world its behavior contrary to the norms of international law, said Leonid Slutsky, Chairman of the State Duma's Committee on International Affairs.

Previously, the US Treasury Department listed eight Russian companies on the sanctions list, including those in Crimea.
"It's okay, Russia will stand firm. We see nothing to fear, we have even become insensitive to such things. Meanwhile, the United States is demonstrating to the world how to behave in a way that breaks the norms, principles and traditions of international law. This is really regrettable," Mr. Slutsky told reporters.
