"Such unpredictability of the largest country, the strongest economy in the world, is a subject of deep concern globally," Mr Peskov added.

US-Russia relations have hit a new low as US officials plan to impose new sanctions on Moscow in response to the poisoning of former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal in the UK.
Western governments have accused Russia of being behind the plot to poison the former spy and his daughter with a nerve agent. However, Russia has repeatedly denied all related allegations./.
