Russia's National Anti-Terrorism Committee said on October 11 that it had foiled a terrorist attack plot in the capital Moscow.

TASS news agency quoted the Russian National Anti-Terrorism Committee as saying that the suspects in this terrorist plot were arrested at an apartment in Strelbishchenky Alley, in the western part of Moscow.

Police also seized a large number of homemade explosive devices at the suspects' homes. These explosive devices had a destructive power equivalent to 4 kg of TNT.
