Russia is ready to accept serious proposals to resolve the Ukraine crisis.

Commenting on Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba's remarks on the importance of the "peace formula" put forward by President Volodymyr Zelensky, Zakharova said: "Unfortunately, this is another attempt by the Ukrainian authorities to deceive the international community and their own people."

"Zelensky's so-called 'peace formula' has nothing to do with peace. It is just a list of ultimatums to Russia that do not correspond to reality. The plan specifically requires the withdrawal of Russian troops from Russian regions (Donetsk and Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, even the Crimean peninsula), Moscow to pay damages and even plead guilty before international courts. The purpose of Ukraine's 'peace formula' is to make Russia surrender with the help of the West," Zakharova noted.

The diplomat pointed out that the solution to the Ukraine problem requires lifting all sanctions against Russia.

"To ensure lasting peace, it is necessary to quickly stop the supply of weapons and the mobilization of mercenaries to Ukraine, end hostilities, return Ukraine to neutrality, non-alignment, and international recognition of the right of self-determination of peoples. Ukraine must be demilitarized and de-Nazified, all threats arising from Ukrainian territory must be eliminated, the status of a non-nuclear-weapon state as well as the rights of Russian-speaking communities and minorities must be guaranteed. The cancellation of all illegal sanctions and lawsuits against Russia in international courts should become an integral part of the peace agreement," she stressed.
