Initial information, Mr. Dang Hong Hao (born 1996), residing in Hung My commune, Hung Nguyen district, drove a motorbike from Cua Tien bridge to Hung Thinh commune carrying a man (identity unknown).

Due to a collision with a motorbike going in the same direction, Mr. Hao's motorbike fell onto the road. At that moment, a truck with license plate 37C-060.77 (driver unknown) was going in the opposite direction and couldn't react in time, running over Mr. Hao and the man riding with him.

The accident killed Mr. Hao on the spot, and the man accompanying him was seriously injured. Upon receiving the news, the Vinh City Traffic Police quickly arrived at the scene to make a report and regulate traffic. Because Mr. Hao did not have any identification documents, it took more than 2 hours for the authorities to verify his identity and notify his family./.
