Vietnam Bank for Social Policies donates 150 million VND to wounded and sick soldiers

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 13, a delegation of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies led by Mr. Hoang Minh Te - Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies visited and presented gifts to the Nghe An Center for Nursing for Mentally Disabled War Invalids.

Also attending were comrade Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of a number of provincial departments and branches.

The delegation visited and presented gifts at the Nghe An Mental Health Care Center for War Invalids located in Nghi Phong Commune, Nghi Loc District - which is currently caring for 97 wounded and sick soldiers.

Comrade Hoang Minh Te - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies kindly encouraged the lives of war invalids and sick soldiers.

Comrade Hoang Minh Te - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies kindly visited, encouraged and shared the lives of wounded and sick soldiers; hoping that they would overcome difficulties to live happily and healthily. At the same time, he thanked the medical team of Nghe An Mental Health and Wounded War Veterans Nursing Center for their efforts to overcome difficult conditions and provide dedicated and thoughtful care for wounded and sick soldiers.

Comrade Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Center to continue to manage and perform well the treatment and rehabilitation work, providing dedicated and thoughtful care to stabilize the health and improve the physical condition of wounded soldiers.

On this occasion, the leaders of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies presented the center with a sum of VND 150 million. This amount was taken from the savings fund from the income of the staff and workers, showing the gratitude and the morality of "remembering the source of water" of the staff and workers of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies towards the war invalids and sick soldiers - those who sacrificed their youth and contributed a part of their blood and bones to protect the Fatherland.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his gratitude for the attention and affection of the staff and employees of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies for war invalids and sick soldiers.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also acknowledged the efforts of the collective, officers and staff of the Nghe An Center for Nursing Mentally Disabled War Invalids.

Comrade Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to thank the officers and employees of the Social Policy Bank for their attention and gifts to war invalids and sick soldiers.

To better implement the work of caring for wounded soldiers, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Center to continue to manage and carry out well the work of treatment, rehabilitation, and provide dedicated and thoughtful care to stabilize the health and improve the physical condition of wounded soldiers; seriously, fully and promptly implement the regimes and policies of the Party and State for wounded soldiers./.
