Nghe An education sector grants decision to establish grassroots trade unions to non-public units

At the ceremony, leadersProvincial Federation of LaborThe Department of Education and Training has issued a Decision to establish a grassroots Trade Union and admitted nearly 200 union members to 3 units including Tuoi Tho Kindergarten system, New Star English Center, Asem Vietnam English Center, under the Nghe An Education Trade Union.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Dang Van Hai - Chairman of the Industry Union congratulated the three units that had just established the organization.unionAt the same time, it is hoped that in the coming time, the affiliated trade union units will strictly implement the regulations on the trade union charter, properly perform their responsibilities in implementing the legitimate rights and interests of workers and improving the material life of grassroots workers.

From here, workers will also have an organization to share about professional tasks, life and other issues.

The Chairman of the Nghe An Education Trade Union also shared about the difficulties that non-public kindergartens and foreign language centers have encountered in the past two years due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic.

With the spirit of mutual love and sharing, Nghe An Education Trade Union has also had many activities aimed at workers in non-public units. Today, with the establishment of the first grassroots trade unions, the Education Trade Union will have more opportunities to reach out to workers, listen to their voices and share their difficulties. This is also the premise for more and more non-public units to establish grassroots trade unions in the future.

On this occasion, on the occasion of Workers' Month 2022, the Education Trade Union presented 155 gifts worth VND 500,000 each to workers facing many difficulties of the units.
