The Phu Quy 1 Regional Tax Department has 2 Tax Management Teams, including the Enterprise Management Inspection Team and the Inter-Commune Inspection Team. These teams are in charge of the areas of 3 mountainous districts such as Quy Chau, Que Phong, and Quy Hop. The civil servants are in charge of each commune, managing individual households, non-agricultural land use tax, etc. The current difficulty for tax officials is that in addition to completing their tasks at the grassroots level, every week the civil servants also have to return to the headquarters in Quy Hop district for meetings and work briefings.
