During the meeting, many delegates said that the implementation of housing support for people with meritorious services is still slow; many problems and difficulties arise.
The reason is that the allocation of support funds from the central budget is slow, so up to now the list of beneficiaries has changed a lot; the review of the beneficiaries is correct in reality, but the disbursement of the People's Committees of districts and communes is still slow.
