Nghe An: 3 young men who did wheelies to show off their 'achievements' on TikTok were fined more than 30 million VND

On the afternoon of March 29, Lieutenant Colonel Bui Khac Tien - Deputy Head of Anh Son District Police said that the unit had just decided to administratively fine a group of young people who wheelied and swerved on National Highway 7. However, because the whole group was under 18 years old, the fine was only half that for adults.

Accordingly, Nguyen Quang Huy (born in 2006, Con Cuong town, Con Cuong district), and Nguyen Dang Huy (born in 2003, Yen Son commune, Do Luong district), were both fined 7.5 million VND. Nguyen Van Su (born in 2003, Dinh Son commune, Anh Son district), was fined 16 million VND because he was found to have drugs in his body.

"Currently, only Nguyen Dang Huy's family has come forward to pay the fine. The other two cases have not been seen yet," added Lieutenant Colonel Tien.

Previously, in early March, a clip was shared on social networks recording a scene of agroup of young men riding a motorbike,weaving and swerving on Highway 7A. During the investigation, Anh Son District Police summoned the entire group to work.

Not only did they wheelie and swerve, the police also determined that this group had committed a series of violations such as not having a driver's license, not having a rearview mirror, having a covered license plate, and having drugs in their system...

Previously, this group was said to have frequently performed wheelies and then recorded the video clip to upload to TikTok for the online community to see and consider it their "achievement".
