Attending at the main bridge were comrades: Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Viet Thong - General Secretary of the Central Theoretical Council; Phan Thi Hoan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee and more than 1,000 delegates who are officials and party members of many enterprises in the area.

The conference listened to Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Viet Thong - General Secretary of the Central Theoretical Council, presenting the key contents in 5 topics, including: Political report of the 12th Party Central Committee at the 13th National Congress of the Party; 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021 - 2030 and 5-year socio-economic development plan 2021 - 2025; Summary report on Party building work and implementation of the Party Charter of the 12th Party Central Committee at the 13th National Congress of the Party; New perceptions and new thinking on Vietnam's national defense; New perceptions and new thinking on national security.

The content of the topics focuses on core issues, new awareness, new thinking in the documents of the 13th National Party Congress, affirming achievements, grasping lessons learned from 35 years of national renovation, especially 5 years of implementing the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress; fully and deeply identifying the advantages, opportunities as well as difficulties, challenges, and tasks of our country's revolution in the coming time.

In particular, through the conference, delegates were fully informed of key issues in documents related to practical business activities, on that basis, they selected content and forms suitable for each unit and each task, and built an action program to put the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress into practice.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Business Bloc also launched a movement of initiatives and technical improvements in production and business with the theme "Promoting innovation and creativity; improving productivity, quality and efficiency in production and business".

The movement was launched from April 18 to October 3, 2021, as an activity to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Nghe An Provincial Business Party Committee (October 3, 1996 - October 3, 2021).
