Innovation of the business community in the Nghe An Business Bloc Party Committee
The starting point of most enterprises in the Nghe An Business Bloc Party Committee is small scale and low competitiveness. However, with the innovative efforts of the business community, they have led and created development steps for each enterprise, contributing to the overall development of the province and the country.
Affirming the pioneering role
In the process of business development, the team of entrepreneurs, Party organizations, and Party members participating in activities in the Party Committee of Nghe An Province's Business Bloc have affirmed their strength with the spirit of self-reliance, dynamism, creativity, daring to think and dare to do. They have become the "locomotive" leading the innovation of production and business sectors, expanding the market, creating development steps for each enterprise.
Nghe An Agricultural Materials Corporation, from fertilizer production and trading, now has many industries and fields such as: production and trading of various plant varieties; drinking water; products from water rich in Bicarbonate minerals; exported wood pellets... The enterprise develops according to the model of a "mother" company and 20 "subsidiary" companies nationwide; creating stable jobs for more than 600 workers with an income of 5 - 50 million VND/person/month. At the same time, creating jobs and services for many local workers - where the project is implemented.
Or Minh Anh Nghe An Garment Company, from a small-scale factory with 165 employees, now has a total of nearly 7,000 employees with 3 factories in Vinh city, Do Luong, Tan Ky. This unit is promoting the opening of another factory in Con Cuong district.
Thanh Thanh Dat Company Limited, from the business of road transport and trade, has now expanded to the field of manufacturing artificial wood panels, paper materials; construction of civil and industrial works; real estate business; training of road motor vehicle drivers... The enterprise's labor scale is more than 2,000 people with income from 6 to 90 million VND/person/month.
For TTH Group Joint Stock Company, from a private enterprise operating in the field of general and specialized medical examination and treatment and trading of medical supplies and equipment, it has expanded its territory into a corporation with nearly 2,300 employees and a chain of member hospitals operating in the Central region of Vietnam.
Comrade Tran Quang Hoa - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee said: With dynamism, creativity and innovation, entrepreneurs and enterprises in the bloc have created jobs and stable income for nearly 30,000 workers. In particular, promoting economic restructuring, industry structure, applying science and technology, improving production efficiency; promoting exports with export turnover in 2023 reaching more than 368 million USD (accounting for 12.81% of the whole province) and in the first 9 months of 2024, export turnover is estimated to reach 290.45 million USD.
The dynamism, creativity and innovation of entrepreneurs and enterprises in the Nghe An Business Bloc Party Committee have contributed to promoting the transformation of economic structure, industry structure and application of science and technology in the province.

Entrepreneurs and enterprises in the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee are interested in attracting quality human resources; investing in innovating production lines and modern equipment; pioneering digital transformation, gradually developing the digital economy; taking science, technology, knowledge, and high-quality labor resources as the driving force for business development. The movement to promote technical innovation initiatives in production and business launched by the Party Committee of the Bloc has been positively responded by enterprises and businessmen with many initiatives and technical innovations applied, benefiting enterprises up to thousands of billions of VND each year; at the same time, improving production and business capacity and competitiveness in the market.
In 2023, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee honored 26 collectives and 15 individuals with outstanding initiatives in the 2021-2023 period. In 2024, 19 collectives and 20 individuals were honored for their exemplary performance in implementing Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo, the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement, and the bright spots in implementing the grassroots democracy regulations. Many enterprises and entrepreneurs in the Bloc Party Committee were honored and commended by all levels and sectors; many major brands were honored and awarded at the national level. The operations of most enterprises have developed with an average annual growth rate of 8.3%; state budget contributions reached 15-20% of the province's total domestic revenue.
Entrepreneurs and businesses in the Party Committee of the Bloc always play a pioneering role in social security work, contributing a lot to Tet for the poor, supporting natural disasters, floods, and preventing and fighting the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2023 and the first 9 months of 2024 alone, businesses contributed more than 91 billion VND to social security work; including the housing construction program according to Directive 21 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, up to this point, the Party Committee of the Bloc has handed over 103 houses, worth more than 5 billion VND, exceeding the set target.
Accompanying and supporting businesses and entrepreneurs to develop
The Party Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc currently has 119 enterprises operating in production and business. In order to create conditions for enterprises to develop and promote the role of the business community, in recent times, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee together with leaders, managers, Party committees and organizations in enterprises have accompanied and supported enterprises and businessmen; been a "bridge" to grasp and synthesize recommendations from enterprises and businessmen to reflect and propose solutions to all levels. In 2023 and the first 9 months of 2024 alone, the Party Committee of the Bloc has proposed and been directly directed by the Provincial People's Committee to resolve difficulties and problems for 18 enterprises. Actively connecting and linking between enterprises with 20 memorandums of understanding on cooperation and support for the consumption of products and services of 23 enterprises signed.
Every year, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Block opens 2-3 knowledge training courses for the team of Party committees, boards of directors, boards of directors, heads and deputy heads of specialized departments and equivalent or higher. Training and training content is selected through surveys, taking suggestions from entrepreneurs and businesses related to law enforcement in enterprises; corporate governance; building corporate culture; applying 4.0 technology in business management and operation; negotiating and signing contracts...
The Party Committee of the Bloc also innovates the work of propagating, disseminating and implementing resolutions of the Party at all levels in association with the practical activities of enterprises and the leadership role of Party committees and Party organizations in enterprises. Take care of the work of developing Party organizations and Party members in enterprises; promote the role of Party organizations and Party members in leading the implementation of production and business tasks (according to Resolution No. 04, dated October 23, 2023 issued by the Party Committee of the Bloc).
Since the beginning of the 2020 - 2025 term, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee has admitted 945 party members; including 296 party members under Project 5155; established 11 party organizations in enterprises.
The Party Committee Standing Committee of the Bloc focuses on the work of planning cadres; maintaining the "3 in 1" model - the Party Committee Secretary is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Director of the enterprise; the "2 in 1" model - the Party Committee Secretary is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors or the Director of the enterprise, to ensure unified and highly effective leadership. Effectively implementing the "Model coordination regulations between the Party Committee and the Board of Directors (Board of Members), General Director (Director) in joint stock enterprises, private enterprises, and foreign-invested enterprises" in the Party Committee of the Bloc.
