(Baonghean.vn) - Information from Nghe An Department of Health: During the 5-day holiday of April 30-May 1 (April 27-May 1, 2024), medical facilities in the province examined and treated 29,692 patients, including 6,911 inpatients; 9,487 patients were discharged from the hospital during this time.
The number of patients seeking medical examination and treatment was high on the first day of the holiday (April 27, 2024) and gradually decreased on the following days.
The whole province has 469 patients coming for examination and treatment due to traffic accidents, of which 213 patients had to be hospitalized, 21 patients had to be transferred to another hospital and 16 patients were in serious and critical condition (as of the morning of May 2, 2024); there was 1 case of death outside the hospital...
Compared to the 304/-1/5 holiday last year, the number of deaths due to traffic accidents during this year's holiday has decreased (in 2023, there were 5 cases).
During these 5 days, Nghe An did not record any cases of hospitalization related to food poisoning./.
