Nghe An: 6 groups and 38 individuals won prizes in the online contest 'Learning new legal documents' in 2025
On the afternoon of November 7, the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a ceremony to summarize the work of the Provincial Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education (PBGDPL) and award prizes for the online contest "Learning about new legal documents" in 2025.

Nmany models, creative ways
In 2025, the work of disseminating and educating the law in the province achieved many outstanding results. The Coordinating Councils at all levels directed and guided the organization of 9,952 direct propaganda sessions, attracting more than 1.16 million participants; organized 71 legal knowledge competitions with more than 2.4 million participants; published 245,719 legal dissemination documents, of which more than 2,000 copies were posted online; edited and published 5 free issues of the newsletter "Law and Life" with 7,500 copies.
Sectors, organizations and localities have implemented many creative models and methods, linked to practical needs. Nghe An Provincial Youth Union maintains the column "One law per week" on the fanpage, organizes 25 mock trials, and disseminates information on drug prevention and control, traffic safety violations, firecracker prevention and control, child abuse, etc.; launches competitions and forums to learn about the harmful effects of tobacco, e-cigarettes, and new addictive substances among adolescents.

Notably, the application of information technology and digital transformation in legal dissemination work has been promoted. Agencies and units have effectively exploited social networking systems and electronic information portals to disseminate laws to the people. Localities have established judicial Zalo groups to manage, exchange and share information; many online competitions to learn about the law have been widely organized, creating a positive spread in the community.
Based on the results achieved, the Provincial Legal Education Coordination Council sets out tasks for 2026 focusing on: Continuing to propagate and disseminate new Laws, Resolutions, legal documents passed by the 15th National Assembly and documents directly related to officials, people and businesses. In particular, focusing on the following areas: Organizational structure, digital transformation, tax - land policy, anti-corruption, security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting and safety in cyberspace...
Continue to promote the application of digital technology in legal dissemination, legal aid and legal support for businesses, and implement Plan No. 671/KH-UBND dated August 14, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on digital transformation in legal dissemination for the period 2025-2030.
At the conference, representatives of departments, branches and localities shared experiences and proposed solutions to innovate propaganda content and forms, ensuring that legal dissemination work is increasingly effective and closer to reality.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee summarized and awarded the online contest "Learning new legal documents" in 2025. The contest took place from September 15 to October 13, 2025, attracting 2,372,865 contestants, of which 583,897 achieved absolute scores. The Organizing Committee awarded 50 prizes (6 groups, 38 individuals) with a total value of 114 million VND. The contest contributed to promoting the movement of learning about the law, raising awareness of law compliance among cadres, civil servants, union members and the people.
Dissemination of law associated with political tasks and socio-economic development
Speaking at the conference, comrade Bui Thanh An commended the efforts of all levels, sectors, organizations and localities in implementing legal dissemination work in recent times, especially in innovating propaganda forms, linking legal dissemination with political tasks, socio-economic development and digital transformation.
He emphasized that in the coming time, agencies and units need to continue to strengthen the dissemination of new legal documents, focusing on areas directly related to people's lives and business activities; pay attention to disseminating laws at the grassroots level, in remote areas, and ethnic minority areas; promote legal aid and legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises; promote the role of media agencies in conveying policies and laws in a timely, easy-to-understand and accessible manner.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested members of the Coordination Council for Legal Dissemination to promote a sense of responsibility, proactiveness and creativity in advising and implementing tasks; regularly inspect, guide and remove difficulties for the grassroots, contributing to bringing the Constitution and laws into real life.
Nghe An participates in the Ceremony to respond to Vietnam Law Day 2025
On the afternoon of November 7, the Central Council for Legal Education and Dissemination organized a ceremony to respond to Vietnam Law Day 2025. The ceremony was connected online with 34 provincial and municipal bridges.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Tran Thanh Man - Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly requested all levels and sectors to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era, clearly defining the tasks of each agency and unit, closely linking law-making with law enforcement, dissemination and education, and quickly bringing the law into life.
Ministries, branches and localities need to focus on promptly issuing detailed regulations and instructions on law enforcement, creating a favorable, transparent and open legal environment, removing bottlenecks to promote economic and social development, especially in the fields of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.
The National Law Portal and other tools for communication and dissemination of law need to be maximized, combined with listening to the opinions of the people, businesses, and experts, to improve the effectiveness of legal propaganda and education. Each cadre, civil servant, and public employee must set an example, proactively study, research, and comply with the law, strengthen discipline, public service discipline, fight corruption, and negativity; people should proactively learn the law and protect their legitimate rights.
In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to disadvantaged groups, remote areas, ethnic minority areas, replicate effective models and commend exemplary groups and individuals.
Vietnam Law Day reminds everyone to live and work according to the Constitution and the law, contributing to building a socialist rule-of-law state of the people, by the people and for the people, bringing the country into a new era of prosperity, civilization and well-being.
