In Document No. 11724/UBND-TH dated October 29, 2025, the Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Justice to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, units and localities to implement the contents according to Official Dispatch No. 6767/HDPH-PB&TG dated October 24, 2025 of the Central Council for Coordination of Dissemination and Education of Law on communication and response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2025.

Following the guidance of the Ministry of Justice, the identification of Vietnam Law Day 2025 along with samples of billboards, posters, and propaganda slogans have been posted on the Ministry of Justice's Electronic Information Portal (https://moj.gov.vn/ngayphapluat/Pages/trangchu.aspx). Agencies, organizations, and localities are recommended to use a unified identity system, promote diverse forms of communication such as: propaganda in newspapers, television, social networks, grassroots radio systems; hang banners, billboards, posters at headquarters, public places, organize seminars, conferences, and legal knowledge competitions, contributing to spreading the spirit of "Living and working according to the Constitution and the law".
To concretize the activities responding to Vietnam Law Day, ministries, branches and localities need to focus on integrating, linking with the dissemination, popularization and extensive communication of core contents expressing the spirit, viewpoints and guiding opinions of the Party and State leaders on the Vietnamese socialist rule-of-law state, the work of building and perfecting institutions, laws and law enforcement.
Continue to communicate and introduce the purpose and meaning of Vietnam Law Day in conjunction with the requirement to promote policy communication, innovate legal dissemination and education, promote the spirit of respect for the Constitution and law, build a culture of law compliance, and build a socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam.
The Provincial People's Committee requires that the organization of the Law Day response must be associated with the dissemination and implementation of new guidelines and policies of the Party and State, especially important resolutions such as Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW dated August 20, 2025 of the Politburo on ensuring national energy security and Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 on breakthroughs in education and training development. At the same time, promote the communication of newly issued legal policies, creating strong changes in the awareness and sense of law compliance of officials, civil servants and people.

In addition, sectors and localities need to promote and commend collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of building and perfecting institutions and laws; organizing law enforcement; actively contributing to serving the two-level local government to operate smoothly, effectively, efficiently and effectively; promptly refuting and combating wrong and distorted views on the purpose and meaning of Vietnam Law Day and the content of draft laws being discussed by the National Assembly.
