Nghe An prepares for the Emulation Congress of the Armed Forces

On the morning of June 26, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to listen to and give opinions on the plan to organize the Emulation Congress of the Provincial Armed Forces for the period 2013 - 2018. Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

The Emulation Congress for Victory of the Armed Forces is held every five years and is scheduled to take place on August 21 with the participation of more than 300 delegates. The leader of the Provincial Military Command said that in preparation for the congress, the unit has proactively established an organizing committee, subcommittees to assist, develop and issue an implementation plan, and assign specific tasks to each agency.

The Provincial Military Command has also been advising on the implementation of a number of contents to prepare well for the congress program; advising on the guidance and selection of 50 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements; guiding and directing agencies and units in the provincial armed forces to organize emulation, propaganda and agitation activities...

At the meeting, representatives of relevant departments and branches gave many suggestions to prepare for the congress to take place successfully.

Comrade Le Xuan Dai assigned specific tasks to a number of units and proposed that the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department direct and orient propaganda activities, and publish a number of outstanding achievements in the emulation movement to win.

At the same time, the Provincial Youth Union is responsible for mobilizing forces to participate in the art performances, coordinating with the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Radio and Television Station to effectively implement the program of exchanging advanced models. The Provincial Police is responsible for coordinating with the Provincial Military Command to make plans to ensure security and order for the congress.
