A typical example is Mr. Cao Viet Tinh (84 years old) in Vinh Tien hamlet, Dien Phong commune (Dien Chau) who donated all of his pension and war invalids allowance for 1 month to support the fund.
As a former soldier of Uncle Ho, through the resistance war against the US to save the country, with his injuries, returning to his hometown, Mr. Cao Viet Tinh still actively participated in activities. When the Covid-19 epidemic broke out, he always updated the news and reminded and encouraged his children, grandchildren, and neighbors to strictly implement epidemic prevention measures. He himself always took the lead in following the "5K" recommendations.

On June 9, the Commune Fatherland Front Committee launched a campaign to support the Covid-19 Prevention and Control Fund. Having just received his pension and disability allowance, Mr. Tinh decided to donate the entire amount of 5.1 million VND.

It is known that Mr. Cao Viet Tinh was born into a family with a rich revolutionary tradition. His father was a veteran revolutionary. His children were all successful and became state officials and civil servants. As a 4/4 war invalid, he has always been an example of spirit and responsibility towards the community, homeland and country.

Mr. Pham Thanh Vuong - Chairman of Dien Phong Commune People's Committee said: "In 2020, Mr. Cao Viet Tinh was the first person in the commune to voluntarily write a petition not to receive support money due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic for the beneficiaries.People with meritwith the revolution to share difficulties with the country. In Linh Son commune (Anh Son), on the morning of June 10, Mr. Nguyen Van Dy (nearly 70 years old) in village 7 also donated 3 million VND to the fund. Mr. Dy is a retired cadre, used to work in Ho Chi Minh City, now returned to his hometown to enjoy his old age. Mr. Nguyen Hong Son - Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Linh Son commune said that Mr. Dy's family is not well-off but is still willing to support the movement of his hometown.

Join hands to support the epidemic prevention fund
The movement to support the Covid-19 Prevention and Control Fund has been enthusiastically responded by the people of the whole province. Leading the way are cadres, civil servants, and workers in agencies and enterprises, followed by farmers. Along with Mr. Cao Viet Tinh in Dien Phong (Dien Chau) and Mr. Nguyen Van Dy in Linh Son (Anh Son), many places have also seen typical examples.
It is worth mentioning that Mrs. Pham Thi Huyen and her daughter in village 5, Linh Son commune (Anh Son) also supported the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of the commune with 2 million VND. It is worth mentioning that Mrs. Huyen and her daughter bothagricultural production, unstable income, the amount of support is obtained through frugal spending, saved for many months.
According to Ms. Ngo Thi Huyen - Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Anh Son district, although the campaign has just been launched, local people have actively participated in contributing. We can also mention the family of Mr. Doan Van Thang and his wife in Block 1, Con Cuong town (Con Cuong district). They are retired workers who have to raise a mentally disabled daughter. Their life is still difficult, but they are still willing to support 500,000 VND. Mr. Thang believes that supporting the Fund for epidemic prevention and control is contributing to bringing a peaceful life to society, including his family.

Or like Hoa Son commune (Do Luong), although the majority of the production is agricultural, all year round "selling face to the land, selling back to the sky", but when the commune's Fatherland Front Committee launched, people together supported the fund, no matter how little, no matter how much.
