Nghe An announces administrative reform index at department, branch and local levels in 2020
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 15, the Department of Home Affairs of Nghe An province announced the results of the index and ranking of administrative reforms in 2020 for provincial departments, branches, and sectors and the People's Committees of 21 districts, cities, and towns in the area.
The above results were carried out by the Provincial Appraisal Council,based on the scores achieved by each agency and unit in implementing administrative reform work and the results of assessment through sociological surveys.This is the second year Nghe An province has announced this index.
The scale for evaluating and ranking administrative reform work of agencies and units is 100 points. Of which: Score for evaluating implementation results: 65/100 points; Score for evaluating through sociological investigation: 35/100 points.

The ranking of administrative reform of agencies and units is based on the indexes achieved by the units and arranged in order from high to low; the ranking of administrative reform of units is linked to the emulation and reward work of the province during the year.
Through the PAR Index, strengths and weaknesses in administrative reform implementation are clearly identified, thereby helping departments, branches, districts, cities and towns make necessary adjustments to goals, contents and solutions in annual implementation, contributing to improving the effectiveness of administrative reform, building a clean, strong, effective and efficient administration.
