(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 4, the Central Organizing Committee held an online conference to review the work of organizing and building the Party nationwide in 2016 and deploy tasks in 2017.
The conference was attended by Politburo members: Dinh The Huynh - Standing member of the Secretariat; Pham Minh Chinh - Head of the Central Organization Committee; Tran Quoc Vuong - Head of the Central Inspection Commission; Dinh La Thang - Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. Also attending were comrade Phan Dinh Trac, member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee; representatives of leaders of central departments, ministries and branches; standing representatives of provincial Party committees, city Party committees and party committees directly under the Central Committee. Chairing at Nghe An bridge point were comrades: Vo Thi Minh Sinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Ho Dang Tai, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board. |
In 2016, the entire Party building organization sector was proactive, active, innovated working methods, styles, and manners, and strived to achieve outstanding results: Effectively organizing the implementation of the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress, Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term. Advising on personnel work and successfully organizing the election of deputies to the 14th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2016-2021 term; promptly arranging and perfecting key leadership positions of State agencies at all levels for the 2016-2021 term. Continuing to advise on the implementation of Resolution of the 4th Central Committee, 11th tenure; building and organizing the implementation of Resolution of the 4th Central Committee, 12th tenure on Party building and rectification; strengthening potential and innovating the work of training and fostering cadres.
For Nghe An, in 2016, the four major contents in the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress related to the advisory work of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee were all fully and promptly issued by the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee.
Advise on the election of the 14th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2016-2021 term, ensuring the number, standards, structure and following the right direction. Implementing the streamlining of staff according to Resolution 39-NQ/TW and Decree 108 of the Government, as of December 2016, 921 people have been streamlined, including 25 civil servants, 896 commune-level officials and civil servants.

In 2016, the province admitted 5,783 new party members, including 1,014 ethnic minority party members and 11 Catholic party members; awarded and posthumously awarded 8,590 Party badges.
In 2017, the Party building organization sector is determined to carry out 8 key tasks and solutions, focusing on: concretizing the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress, resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term; promoting the role of the people in building and rectifying the Party and building the political system. Effectively implementing the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee, terms XI and XII, in conjunction with Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Continuing to promote administrative reform in the direction of "building a leadership core; standardizing Party regulations; simplifying administrative processes and procedures; automating the implementation of work contents".
