Nghe An: Efforts are being made to search for a fisherman missing at sea

(Baonghean.vn)- A fisherman from Cua Lo, Nghe An was on a fishing boat on the way to the mainland when he fell into the sea.

At 4:00 a.m. on December 4, Mr. Duong Van Chau (born in 1953), residing in block 10, Nghi Thuy ward, Cua Lo town, Nghe An, while on a fishing boat,fell into the sea.

Fishing boat with registration number NA - 90157- TS, owned by Mr. Truong Van Duc, residing in block 8, Nghi Thuy ward, Cua Lo town.

According to initial information, on the way to the mainland, Mr. Chau suddenly fell into the sea at coordinates 106.5 degrees north latitude; 18.54 degrees east longitude, about 11 nautical miles from the mainland.

Upon receiving the information, local authorities coordinated with functional forces and fishermen in the ward to make efforts to search.
