Accordingly, at 3:00 p.m. on May 19, whileDThe Investigation Police Department of Ky Son District Police was coordinating with the forces of Bao Nam Commune to protect the polling stations for National Assembly Deputies and People's Councils at all levels when they discovered and arrested Xeo Pho Doan, born in 1978, residing in Xa Long village, Bao Nam Commune. This is a special wanted subject according to Decision No. 05 dated July 17, 2015 of the Investigation Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police for the crime of child trafficking.

Xeo Pho Doan is the subject who tricked and sold 2 children to China in 2015.

According to the investigation documents of the Investigation Agency, in July 2015, Doan and his younger brother Xeo Pho Bich, who lived in the same village, tricked and sold two girls, Moong Thi Tuy, born in 2002, and Xeo Thi Tien, born in 2003 (both residing in Phia Kham 1 village, Bac Ly commune, Ky Son district) to China. After consolidating the case, the Investigation Police Department of Nghe An Province Police initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and issued an arrest warrant for Xeo Pho Doan, but Doan fled the area.

The subject is currently being detained by Ky Son district police for further investigation and early prosecution.
