(Baonghean.vn) - During the 4-day holiday, Nghe An welcomed nearly 250,000 tourists, of which about 120,000 stayed overnight, with revenue from tourism services estimated at more than 150 billion VND. To serve visitors safely, destinations in Nghe An have strictly implemented the "5K" recommendations of the Ministry of Health.
The April 30 and May 1 holidays this year last for four days, with favorable weather for tourism, entertainment and recreation activities, so Nghe An welcomed quite a crowd.touristto visit and relax. Accommodation establishments in the province have provided hand sanitizer and reminded visitors to follow the Ministry of Health’s “5K” message. During the 4-day holiday, there were no major problems.
According to the Department of Tourism, it is estimated that during the 4-day holiday, Nghe An will welcome nearly 250,000 tourists (over 110,000 in 2020), of which 120,000 will be staying guests (31,000 in 2020); revenue from tourism services is estimated at over 150 billion VND. The places with a large number of visitors are Cua Lo town, Kim Lien National Special Historical Site and tea island (Thanh Chuong).
