Nghe An introduces destinations at Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2018

This year's festival has 150 fair and exhibition booths of travel agencies, hotels, transportation, shopping businesses, airlines, etc. Many attractive activities take place during the Tourism Festival such as: tourism stimulus programs, seminars to improve the efficiency of online tourism business activities, performances of traditional music, Nghe Tinh folk songs, sports dance performances, "Colors of Vietnam" art program, etc.

On the sidelines of the festival activities, Nghe An also held a working session with Saigontourist and Vietravel Tourism Corporation on cooperation in tourism development.

At the working sessions, after listening to reports from the two agencies on tourism development cooperation in the past time, the two sides continued to discuss cooperation contents in the coming time.

Specifically, Nghe An hopes that Saigontourist and Vietravel Corporation will continue to support in promoting and developing tourism planning in the coming time, supporting training, supporting the construction of Nghe An tours, tours through Nghe An to include in tourism programs to continue bringing tourists to Nghe An in the coming time.

Support to bring Nghe An tourist attractions and outstanding tourism products of Nghe An province into exploitation in the chain of tourism products of the Corporation; Organize domestic and foreign Famtrip delegations to survey and consult on building and developing products and services to promote Nghe An destinations; Support Nghe An tourism consultants to build suitable tourism products; especially strengthen support for Nghe An tourism in training quality human resources.

At the meeting, Mr. Vuong Anh Tuan - Deputy General Director of Saigontourist Company commented that in the coming time, the Corporation will renew and develop the tour "Central Heritage Road" connecting tourist destinations in Nghe An - Quang Binh - Quang Tri - Hue - Da Nang provinces. He also requested Nghe An province to provide legal support for the Corporation to open a Saigontourist branch in Vinh City (Nghe An).

Through the working programs, to continue to strengthen the cooperative relationship between state agencies on tourism and businesses, thereby exchanging information to serve the propaganda and promotion work, research on tourist markets according to the tourism development cooperation agreement signed on March 26, 2014 in Ho Chi Minh City.
