With the topic "Nghe An province's armed forces move to combat readiness; Organize preparation and practice defensive operations", this exercise is divided into 3 phases: Phase 1: Move local armed forces into combat readiness; Phase 2: Organize preparation for defensive operations; Phase 3: Practice defensive operations. In each phase of the exercise, agencies and units flexibly and creatively apply to the actual situation, focusing on clarifying important contents, ensuring that the provincial armed forces can handle situations effectively when they arise.
