Nghe An: After more than 1 month of implementing Decree 168, accidents have decreased and traffic awareness has improved.

After more than a month of implementing Decree 168/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for road traffic violations, traffic order and safety in Nghe An province has had positive changes. People's awareness of obeying traffic laws has been raised, traffic accidents have decreased in all three criteria. This contributes to creating a safer and more civilized traffic environment.
