Nghe An: More than 400 farmers have jobs provided by businesses

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the 2015 project 2316 of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee on job creation for rural workers in the 2015-2020 period, on August 25, the Provincial Employment Service Center coordinated with the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Quynh Luu district to organize a mobile job fair in Quynh Tan and Quynh Van communes.

At the job fairs, local government leaders, representatives of departments, organizations and people were informed about labor, employment, vocational training, and unemployment insurance policies.

This is an activity connecting employers with workers, creating conditions for workers in need of employment to register for jobs at domestic companies and enterprises; exporting labor according to orders that have been appraised by the Department of Overseas Labor Management.

On this occasion, more than 400 people from Quynh Tan and Quynh Van communes, Quynh Luu district were directly consulted, introduced to jobs and recruited by two recruitment units, including Tinh Loi Garment Company Limited (Hai Duong province) and Vietnam College of Coal and Minerals (Quang Ninh province).

The units focus on issues of standards, recruitment objects; working environment, living conditions; forms of contracts according to the provisions of the Labor Law and salary levels and regimes for employees.
