Nghe An: Pension and social security payment plan for September and October 2021

Faced with the very complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, many localities in the province are applying social distancing measures according to Directive 16/CT-TTg. Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 6413/UBND-VX dated September 1, 2021 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits for September, October 2021 and subsequent periods; Official Dispatch No. 6333/UBND-VX dated August 30, 2021 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on the payment of benefits for policy beneficiaries for September and October 2021, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Nghe An province, the Social Insurance of Nghe An province, and the Post Office of Nghe An province have developed a pension payment plan as follows:

1. Payment period September 2021:

The Post Office will make payments for 2 months (September and October) at the same time in the September 2021 payment period for pensioners and social insurance beneficiaries; people with revolutionary contributions; and social security beneficiaries, specifically:

+ Chipension, social insurance benefits:

- For areas implementing Directive No. 16/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister: The Post Office will organize payment at home.

- For beneficiaries in centralized quarantine: The Post Office will pay the beneficiary after the quarantine period as prescribed.

- For remaining locations: Organize payment at payment points that ensure epidemic prevention safety according to regulations.

-For beneficiaries via ATM account:The post office will transfer the pension for September and October 2021 to the beneficiary's account as soon as it receives the money and payment list from the Social Insurance within the prescribed time.

- In cases with special personal reasons and the need to receive money in advance according to the payment plan of the Post Office, the beneficiary should contact the local Post Office directly to register to receive money.

+ Paymentregimepreferential allowance for people with revolutionary contributions;regimedegreesocial security benefits:Make payments at locations that ensure disease prevention and control measures and the "5K" requirements of the Ministry of Health.

- For quarantine areas, the Post Office will organize payments to beneficiaries after the quarantine period.

2. Payment time:Expected to start from September 5, 2021. The specific payment schedule will be announced on local loudspeakers and posted at the payment point.

- To ensure safe payment for disease prevention and control, beneficiaries are requested to strictly follow the "5K" requirements of the Ministry of Health, especially wearing masks, washing hands with sanitizer, etc. according to regulations.
