According to the report of the Department of Transport, National Highway 16 is managed by two units, Trung Tin Joint Stock Company and Nghe An Road Joint Stock Company. Mr. Vi Van Khiem - Chairman of Yen Tinh Commune People's Committee (Tuong Duong) said: The road through the commune has 4 dangerous landslide locations, the commune has mobilized more than 100 people in Huoi Pai and Pha Khom villages to use hoes, shovels, and temporarily level the road for traffic.
