Dedicated to the new countryside
Now, looking at the clean, green, spacious village roads and alleys with bright lights, fresh flowers, and neat rows of trees, Ms. Truong Thi Hoa, Head of the Farmers' Association of Soi Duoi Hamlet (Tho Hop Commune, Quy Hop) still remembers the days and nights of persistently "going from alley to alley, knocking on each door" to mobilize and persuade people to donate land, contribute labor and money to build roads and projects such as football fields, hamlet cultural houses; mobilizing members to participate in movements of good production and business, renovating mixed gardens, clean villages and good fields... Thanks to that, the hamlet soon completed the criteria for building new rural areas.
"Tho Hop achieved the new rural standard thanks to the active contribution of the Farmers' Association members. In addition to donating land for road construction and contributing funds according to regulations, members also actively and voluntarily contributed working days, took care of the flower road; maintained environmental sanitation; embellished the green - clean - beautiful landscape; competed in good production and business, creating a widespread competitive atmosphere. Each person understood clearly that they were the main subjects and beneficiaries in the process of building the new rural area, so they all actively contributed their efforts. Thanks to that, although it is a mountainous commune with many difficulties, the commune reached the new rural finish line in 2018."
