Công an huyện Hưng Nguyên (Nghệ An) ngày 8/12 cho biết, đơn vị đã khởi tố bị can, bắt tạm giam 3 tháng đối với Nguyễn Văn Hạp (SN 1990, trú huyện Diễn Châu) về tội "Vi phạm quy định về điều khiển phương tiện giao thông đường bộ" theo điều 202, Bộ luật Hình sự.

Như đã đưa tin, chiều 1/12, tại ngã tư đường tránh thành phố Vinh giao với đường dân sinh địa bàn xã Hưng Mỹ (huyện Hưng Nguyên) xảy ra tai nạn nghiêm trọng khiến một người tử vong và hai người khác bị thương.

After the accident, driver Hap went to the police station to present himself. That same night, the investigation agency executed a criminal detention order against the male driver.
