To rectify this situation, the Department requires heads of educational institutions to publicly disseminate and fully disseminate to staff and teachers in the unit the directives of superiors; especially documents related to guidance and direction of school year tasks.

At the same time, it is necessary to gradually digitize records and books to promote digital transformation in education, save costs, reduce labor for teachers, reduce unnecessary procedures, and help teachers do their professional work well. In addition, it is necessary to increase the use of electronic lesson plans and digital signatures to replace current records and books in accordance with the roadmap, actual conditions of each locality, school and the implementation capacity of teachers.
During the implementation process, the Department will strengthen inspection and supervision and strictly handle groups and individuals who intentionally violate, affecting the management work, the digital transformation policy of the industry, causing pressure and quality of professional work of teachers.
