PV: Sir, from a management perspective, how do you evaluate the results that Song Lam Nghe An has achieved in the fight against age fraud in recent times?

Mr. Hoang Van Phuc:I think, whatLam River Nghe Anhas done in the past is a very important first step. From the perspective of State management, we consider this a comprehensive "rectification", re-establishing the basic principles for youth training. The initial results, from reviewing the force, adjusting personnel to creating a strict monitoring mechanism, have strengthened the trust of fans and the management agency itself. This is not only to handle violations, but also to create a foundation for a clean training environment, helping youth football develop on the right track.

PV: In your opinion, what is the greatest significance of using players of the right age?

Mr. Hoang Van Phuc:This is a vital factor for sustainable development of Vietnamese football in general and Nghe An in particular. When teams compete with players of the right age, we will have a true picture of the capacity of each individual and the team. This helps the national selection system have an accurate basis to detect talent, instead of being obscured by unfair advantages.

For Nghe An, this also helps restore the core values ​​of the Song Lam Nghe An brand, which has produced many golden generations for Vietnamese football. Investing in quality instead of short-term achievements is the way to protect the position of the leading training "furnace". When players are developed at the right age, they have time to perfect their skills, accumulate experience and mature naturally, becoming more confident when entering the professional playing field.

PV: In fact, the achievements of Song Lam Nghe An youth teams this year are not as high as last year. From a management perspective, how do you see this?

Mr. Hoang Van Phuc:Through watching the U13, U15 and U19 teams, I found that they played impressively, each team had its own style of play, strengths and identity. The players demonstrated good technique, great desire and dedication. I highly appreciate this generation of players and believe that if they continue to receive attention and a systematic training program, they will make further progress in terms of physique, technique and skills in the future.

This is a positive signal, because the current results have accurately reflected the real capacity of each age group, helping the coaching staff have a basis to adjust methods and orientation more accurately.

From a management perspective, I especially appreciate SLNA's close coordination with local authorities and authorities to review and ensure the correct age of players; not chasing short-term achievements but persistently building a sustainable foundation. This is an important step to form a generation of brave players with solid skills and expertise.

PV: So, in your opinion, what are the key tasks for Song Lam Nghe An's youth training to continue on the right track?

Mr. Hoang Van Phuc:First of all, Song Lam Nghe An must maintain its existing spirit of determination, turning anti-fraud measures into a consistent principle, not just handling when incidents occur.

Second, it is necessary to continue to improve the standards of training in both expertise and professional ethics. Coaches must not only impart techniques and tactics but also shape the personality of young players. From the perspective of State management, we hope that Song Lam Nghe An will have a clear set of criteria in selecting coaches, associated with international qualification requirements and regular training courses.

Third, build a healthy living environment for young players. Football not only trains physical strength and skills but also serves as an educational environment. Managing cultural studies and living habits in the dormitory is a factor that creates trust for parents and society.

Finally, we cannot ignore the satellite system. Nghe An has a strong football tradition in many localities, so if we know how to exploit it through grassroots tournaments in coordination with the education sector, we will not miss out on talent. This is a way to find local resources, reduce dependence on late selection and ensure transparency from the beginning.

As a prestigious training center, Song Lam Nghe An is responsible not only for Nghe An football but also for Vietnamese football. When we put transparency, quality and human development first, professional success will be the inevitable consequence.
