The delegation inspected the Department of Records and Archives, the Provincial Emulation and Reward Board (under the Department of Home Affairs). In the afternoon, the delegation conducted a surprise inspection at the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the People's Committee of Cua Lo town and a number of affiliated public service units of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; the People's Committee of Vinh city, and the People's Committee of Nghi Loc district.

The inspection showed that the units strictly followed working hours and office culture. The units issued work plans and programs at the beginning of the year, and at the same time identified key tasks to focus on directing implementation.

The implementation of assigned tasks by cadres, civil servants and public employees must ensure the prescribed time. A number of departments and branches have also held meetings to deploy tasks and established inspection teams for public service at their departments, offices, units, wards and communes.

The inspection team noted and reminded units that the implementation of office culture was not complete, such as: not wearing civil servant badges, many desks without name tags; some officials and civil servants did not strictly follow working hours.

The delegation noted that units must tighten discipline and administrative order, improve the attitude, style and service spirit of cadres, civil servants and public employees in performing political tasks right from the first working days and months of the year.

In particular, agencies, units and localities need to focus on resolving difficulties and obstacles for people and businesses; actively implement the province's programs and resolutions on administrative reform.
