The delegation inspected the Religious Affairs Committee and the Provincial Emulation and Reward Committee (under the Department of Home Affairs). The inspection showed that the units strictly followed working hours and office culture.
Units have issued work plans and programs since the beginning of the year. The implementation of assigned tasks by cadres, civil servants and public employees ensures the prescribed time.

InPublic Administration Service Center, in the first days of the year, the number of people and businesses coming to do transactions was very large. To date, the total number of administrative procedures received at the Center is 1,326. Number of files received: 52,760 files. Of which, 11,813 files were submitted online.

In the afternoon, the delegation made a surprise inspection at Hung Nguyen town and Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district. According to the delegation, right after Tet, the People's Committees of communes and towns increased the arrangement of officials and civil servants to handle administrative procedures for the people. The Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune also assigned specific tasks to each official and civil servant.
However, there are still some slow-moving tasks, and the posting of some administrative procedures is not complete and timely...
The inspection team reminded units that have not fully implemented office culture, such as: not wearing civil servant badges, many desks without name tags; supplementing and editing office culture regulations to comply with new regulations; needing to develop monthly work plans.
At the same time, it is necessary to tighten discipline and administrative order, improve the attitude, style and service spirit of the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees.
