Nghe An: Comprehensive inspection of apartment buildings on fire prevention and fighting
(Baonghean.vn) - Faced with the fact that some apartment buildings in the province have not yet implemented fire prevention and fighting work well, the People's Committee of Nghe An province has issued Decision No. 1100/QD-UBND on establishing a comprehensive inspection team for fire prevention and fighting work in apartment buildings.

Accordingly, the interdisciplinary inspection team will include representatives from the following sectors and units: Fire Police, Provincial Police, Department of Construction, Vinh City People's Committee, Cua Lo Town People's Committee, Dien Chau District People's Committee, Hoang Mai Town People's Committee.
The interdisciplinary inspection team will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive inspection and re-examination of fire prevention and fighting work in apartment buildings in Nghe An province; detecting, handling and requiring the complete correction of violations, loopholes and shortcomings in fire prevention and fighting, risks leading to fire, explosion, and unsafety for people and buildings.

In particular, pay special attention to projects that have been put into operation but have not yet had their designs approved or fire safety accepted, and buildings that still lack fire safety conditions according to standards and regulations but are still put into use... Resolutely handle and temporarily suspend the operation of facilities that do not ensure fire safety.
The test will be conducted from April 5, 2018 to May 5, 2018.
