(Baonghean.vn) - At 2:55 p.m. on July 18, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police received a report that a man intended to jump to his death on the 2nd floor of Nghe An General Hospital.
Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department mobilized two working teams with emergency equipment to the scene; coordinated with the 113 Police force and the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order to deploy a plan to rescue the victims.

At that time, a man was standing on the second floor of a building, with many injuries on his body and a state of panic.
Officers and soldiers of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department quickly approached, calmed the man down, and used professional measures to promptly control him. They then brought him down safely by ladder.
