Regarding training, in the period 2006 - 2010, each year the province opened 1 concentrated class for 20-30 comrades, in the period 2011 - 2016, each year there were 1-2 non-concentrated classes and sent 40-50 comrades to participate in high-level concentrated political training.

Delegates also proposed solutions to improve training quality such as: needing to arrange a more reasonable curriculum framework, increase practical skills and knowledge, current information, contributing to practical orientation.
