Realizing that the number of people returning home is increasing, to help ease some of the difficulties and avoid people stopping along the way, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have coordinated to open free social security support points to distribute necessities to people.
Essential goods such as gasoline, clothes, raincoats, banh chung, bread, dry food, milk and drinking water will be distributed free of charge to the people.

Besides, Nghe An province has also directed relevant departments and functions to arrange vehicles to transport the passengers.citizenwithin the province to hand over to the authorities to carry out medical isolation according to regulations.
