(Baonghean.vn) - Angry because the owner of the lemon tea shop often leaves his car blocking the way, the neighbor reacted and was immediately beaten by many people and hospitalized.

On the morning of January 31, speaking with Nghe An Newspaper reporters, Tan Ky Town Police (Tan Ky District) said that the unit is completing the file and transferring it to Tan Ky District Police to continue investigating the case of a male doctor being beaten by a neighbor and hospitalized.

The victim was Dr. Thai Doan Nam (55 years old, residing in Block 2, Tan Ky town) - currently working at Dong Van Commune Health Station (Tan Ky district). At the time of hospitalization, Dr. Nam was in a state of edema in many areas of the face, multiple injuries, and bruising due to external force.

Due to the critical situation, on the evening of January 30, Dr. Nam was transferred to Vinh City for further treatment and CT scan to monitor the injuries. “We suspect the victim has a broken jaw and concussion,” said a doctor at Tan Ky District Medical Center.

Doctor Nam is still being treated in the hospital.

According to the reporter's investigation, Dr. Nam's house is located next to the "Bui Pho" lemon tea shop owned by a family of civil servants in Tan Ky town.

Since its opening, this lemon tea shop has frequently used karaoke speakers to play excessively loud music, causing frustration for residents around Block 2, Tan Ky town. They have repeatedly requested a solution, and the climax was before the Lunar New Year, when Tan Ky town police and the town's cultural unit came to make a record, asking them to sign a commitment to comply with living in the residential area, playing music according to regulations, and not letting vehicles encroach on the sidewalk.

The owner of the restaurant used a car to block the entrance to Doctor Nam's gate.

However, this shop continued to violate the law. On the 28th of Tet, while Dr. Nam was driving his car from the street to his house, the lemon tea shop's car blocked the way, leading to a loud argument. A young man in the shop even held a weapon and threatened to beat Dr. Nam. The shop owner then used his car to block the way from the gate of Dr. Nam's house, preventing the whole family from going out and preventing guests from coming in to celebrate Tet.

On the afternoon of January 30, when Dr. Nam returned home from work, the entrance to the lemon tea shop was blocked by vehicles. At this time, Dr. Nam opened the car door to get out to talk, but was suddenly attacked by many people in the shop. People present at the scene intervened to stop the incident and took Dr. Nam to the hospital for emergency treatment.

The incident is still under investigation.
