(Baonghean.vn) – During a peak period of fighting against violations of the law in the field of ensuring food hygiene and safety, Nghe An Police discovered 141 subjects violating food hygiene and safety.
After 2 months of conducting a general inspection and handling violations of food safety and hygiene regulations (from June 5 to August 2, 2016), Nghe An police discovered and arrested 141 cases and 141 subjects with violations in the field of ensuring food safety and hygiene; confiscated 14.6 tons of animal products, 27.2 tons of fish, 37 tons of bamboo shoots, 42,425 poultry, 31,000 poultry eggs, 402 cattle, 1,140 mixed tea packages, 12,180 finished ice cream products, 42 kg of various types of snacks... and many other related exhibits.
