(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 6, a male victim fell from the 13th floor of a building in Vinh city and died on the spot.
According to initial information, at around 7:00 a.m. on March 6, at an apartment building in Quang Trung ward, Vinh city, a man suddenly fell from the 13th floor of the building.

The victim fell onto a car parked on the sidewalk and died on the spot. The cause of death has not yet been determined.
Local residents said the victim's name was Hoang Nghia Thong, born in 1993, from Hung Long commune, Hung Nguyen district. On March 5, the victim went to his friend's house in the apartment building, stayed overnight, and on the morning of March 6, the heartbreaking incident happened.
The scene of the incident is being protected pending the arrival of relatives and authorities to resolve and handle the matter according to the law./.
