Nghe An: Experience in training, building regulations, managing discipline and selecting and calling citizens to join the army
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 29, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held a conference to review experience in training, regularization, discipline management in the first quarter, and the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army in 2023.
Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command chaired the conference.
Also attending the conference were: Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee; heads of the Staff, Political, Logistics, Technical departments and leaders and commanders of agencies and units in the entire Provincial Armed Forces.

Lead and direct agencies and units to closely coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to deploy and effectively carry out local defense and military work. Advise the Provincial Party Committee to successfully organize the Conference to summarize 10 years of implementing the Resolution of the 8th Central Committee (11th tenure) on "Strategy for protecting the Fatherland in the new situation". Organize for soldiers to be demobilized and welcome demobilized soldiers back to the locality according to regulations. Military recruitment work achieved 100% of the assigned target. Closely coordinate with forces to maintain security, politics, social order and safety in the area. Do a good job of preparing and organizing training for subjects with full content and programs according to the approved plan. Strengthen discipline training, build a regular routine. Maintain strict combat readiness, be ready to participate in natural disaster prevention, search and rescue.
Organize training according to plan. Strengthen inspection and sports activities to evaluate results, promptly detect and correct weak content, and improve training quality for subjects.
Continue to promote and improve the quality of regular construction, discipline training, and build a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary model" according to Directive 79 dated July 22, 2022 of the Minister of National Defense. Do a good job of leadership, direction, and training for units organizing defense area drills in 2023 such as Ky Son, Con Cuong, Nghia Dan, Thai Hoa town, Dien Chau, and Nghi Loc district in particular, the flood and storm prevention drill achieved good results.
Closely combine training and discipline training, build a regular routine, strictly implement safety rules in training, ensure absolute safety for people, weapons and equipment and in traffic.
