Nghe An: Land market is bustling through auction activities in localities
(Baonghean.vn) - Since the beginning of the year, many localities have successfully auctioned land, earning large sums of money for the budget.
Since the beginning of the year, Quynh Luu district has successfully auctioned more than 169 land lots in the communes of Quynh Ngoc, Quynh Hung, Quynh Hong, Quynh Hoa, Quynh Ba and Quynh Thach, earning more than 164 billion VND.
Most recently, on June 9 and 10, 2018, the People's Committee of Quynh Hong Commune (Quynh Luu) coordinated with the auction unit to organize an auction of the right to use 43 residential land lots in the Cay Gao area, Hamlet 6, with a total area of over 8,500m2.2and starting price over 70 billion VND. The lots have area from 158m2up to 250 m2.

In particular, the price difference of the highest plot of land compared to the starting price was more than 100% and it took 4-5 rounds of bidding to be successful, but most buyers felt satisfied because they had bought the plot of land they wanted. As a result, all 43 plots of land were successfully auctioned, with the highest price being more than 4.8 billion VND/plot, the lowest being more than 1.3 billion VND/plot. The auction winner, after 3 months of paying the full amount, will be granted a red book by the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district, handed over the boundary markers in the field and created conditions for applying for a construction permit.
In Vinh city, based on approved land auction areas, units assigned to conduct land auctions such as the City Land Fund Development Center, Vinh Sub-urban Project Management Board... have organized land auctions in accordance with procedures.
In the first 5 months of the year, Vinh city successfully auctioned 95 land lots in the planning area (KQH) interspersed with Tan Phuc block, Hung Phuc ward; KQH divided land lots in block 9, Quan Bau ward; KQH divided land lots in Yen Due block, Dong Vinh ward; KQH divided land lots in Phong Khanh hamlet, Hung Hoa commune, auctioned 32 land lots, earning 20.3 billion VND; KQH divided land lots in block 5, Ben Thuy ward; KQH interspersed with Hung Hoa commune...

Some planning areas successfully auctioned off a lot of land such as: Yen Binh Hamlet, Hung Dong Commune successfully auctioned 21 land lots, collecting 19.5 billion VND, an average of 904 million VND/lot; KQH divided land lots in Hamlet 5, Nghi Phu Commune, successfully auctioned 13 land lots, collecting 11.2 billion VND.
The total amount of money collected from the city's land auctions since the beginning of the year has reached 90.3 billion VND.
In Nghia Dan, since the beginning of the year, 21 land lots in Nghia Thinh and Nghia Trung communes have been successfully auctioned; 3.88 billion VND has been paid to the State budget. The district is planning to auction land use rights in Nghia Yen, Nghia Lam, Nghia Hong, Nghia Long, Nghia Hieu, Nghia Trung, Nghia Thinh, Nghia Hoi, Nghia Loc, Nghia Mai, and Nghia Binh communes.
Since the beginning of the year, Dien Chau district has also auctioned land use rights for 19 lots, with a total area of 3,839.9m2.2, the total auction winning amount is 27,931,620,000 VND in Dien Hong and Dien Thap communes. At the same time, continue to implement land use right auctions in 17 communes such as: Dien Thang, Dien Lien, Dien Yen, Dien Thanh, Dien Tan, Dien Minh, Dien Binh, Dien Phuc, Dien Thap, Dien Hong, Dien Hanh, Dien Loi, Dien Dong... and appraise auction documents of 4 lots in Dien Hung commune.
In Thanh Chuong, since the beginning of the year, 103 lots have been auctioned in 11 communes, with a total revenue of 63,190 billion VND.
The land market is showing signs of improvement in some localities and localities are still completing procedures to continue auctioning many planning areas.
