Nghe An: Tragic accident, poor couple died leaving behind 2 small children

(Baonghean.vn) – On the way back from visiting their maternal relatives, Mr. Viet and Ms. Lien’s family met with an accident. The incident resulted in the death of the couple, leaving behind two small children.

The incident occurred at 9:00 p.m. on July 28, 2016 in Nghia Thuan commune, Nghia Dan, Nghe An. The victims were Mr. Luong Van Viet (38 years old), Ms. Tran Thi Nga (34 years old), both residing in Hamlet 13, Dong Can, Nghia Trung commune, (Nghia Dan).

Villagers and relatives came to help the victim's family with the burial.

Information from the family said that Mr. Viet and Ms. Lien were carrying their daughter, Luong Thi Nga (2 years old), on their way back from visiting Ms. Lien's parents when they got into an accident.

At that time, the motorbike driven by Mr. Viet collided with a car with license plate 18D.00129. Immediately after that, Ms. Lien was transferred to Hanoi for emergency treatment but did not survive. The victim was brought home by her family for burial. Mr. Viet later died during emergency treatment at Nghe An General Hospital.
