Accordingly, the People's Committee of Nghe An province requested to continue to suspend inter-provincial passenger transport activities of all types of transport until there are new instructions from the Department of Transport.

For intra-provincial passenger transport activities: Taxis, fixed-route vehicles, and buses must operate at a maximum of no more than 50% of the number of trips or vehicles; vehicles in operation are only allowed to carry no more than 50% of the number of seats on the vehicle and no more than 20 people (including drivers and staff on the vehicle); must strictly implement disease prevention and control measures.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested to limit large gatherings, public sports and physical activities with more than 10 people in playgrounds and training grounds. Implement a civilized lifestyle in organizing funerals and weddings and not invite guests to eat and drink. If eating and drinking is organized within the family, it must not exceed 20 people and must thoroughly implement epidemic prevention and control measures according to the instructions of the health sector.

The province also requires limiting activities and events that gather more than 20 people in one room. For activities and events that serve political, economic, and social purposes in the locality, if deemed necessary, the head of the local Party Committee and government must consider and decide and must fully implement measures to prevent and control infection, wear masks, disinfect, sit apart; do not organize festivals or parties, and carry out medical supervision if deemed necessary.
