Nghe An: Online exam to learn about administrative procedure control activities and use of public services

Required candidates:Officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in agencies and units located in the province (including central agencies organized vertically in the province), except for officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers working in border areas, islands, and areas with special difficulties without internet connection (the Organizing Committee will synthesize, evaluate, and commend units that actively participate and criticize and remind units with low quantity and quality of participation in the contest).

Encouraged participants:Vietnamese citizens currently living, working, studying in Nghe An province or citizens with permanent residence in Nghe An living, studying, working in other localities in Vietnam, aged 15 or older.

Subjects not allowed to participate in the contest:Members of the Organizing Committee, Support Team, Test Creation Team, Test Evaluation Team, Technical Officer of the multiple-choice test software system.

The contest is widely deployed throughout the province through accessing and logging into the online contest software "Learning about administrative procedure control activities and providing and using public services" on the Nghe An Electronic Information Portal.

Contest content:Learn about administrative procedure control activities and provision and use of public services.

Exam format:The contest is organized in the form of online tests on the provincial electronic information portal. The contest lasts for 4 weeks, with the results announced once a week.

- Contestants access the Nghe An Electronic Information Portal (domain name ishttp://nghean.gov.vn) => go to the online contest "Learn about administrative procedure control activities and provide and use public services" (or go to the address:http://tracnghiem.nghean.gov.vn) => Follow the instructions and send your entry to the Contest Organizing Committee.

- The contest starts at 8:00 a.m. on May 4, 2020 (Monday) and ends at 8:00 a.m. on June 1, 2020 (Monday). June - July 2020: Organize the summary and award ceremony.

- At the end of the competition, in addition to individual and collective awards, the Organizing Committee will consider the contributions of collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing and implementing the competition, select and submit to competent authorities to reward a number of outstanding collectives and individuals.
