*COn the afternoon of August 10, the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Nghe An province held an online meeting with 21 districts, cities and towns to listen and give opinions onCovid-19 epidemic prevention and control work.
Speaking at the meeting, agreeing with the assessment that Nghe An is basically controlling the epidemic well, on behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the efforts of the entire political system and the people of the province in the past time, joining hands and determined to fight the epidemic. Based on the analysis of the context and situation, in the coming time, the head of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic must be implemented with "2 fights" and 3 "builds".

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung - Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control requested all levels, sectors and localities to continue to resolutely and synchronously implement the directions of the Central Government, the Government, the Prime Minister, the National Steering Committee, and the Provincial Steering Committee in the process of implementing the epidemic prevention and control work in the past time. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also emphasized that, at present, the general spirit in the whole country as well as in Nghe An is to still carry out the "dual goal", but it is necessary to prioritize and focus on the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic.
