Nghe An: Highlights on June 11

* Today, June 11, marks the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's writing."Call for patriotic emulation"In 1948, when the need to concentrate human and material resources for the resistance war against the French colonialists was entering a fierce stage, President Ho Chi Minh wrote the “Call for Patriotic Emulation” to all compatriots and soldiers nationwide. The “Call” President Ho Chi Minh wrote 75 years ago, so it is still relevant today.

*The Government has just issuedDecree 33/2023/ND-CP (June 10, 2023)Regulations on commune-level cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at commune, village and residential group levels.

* During peak days "Volunteer soldiers for beloved juniors"(June 11), Youth Union, Association and Young Pioneer organizations at all levels in the province presented more than 3,000 gifts, examined and distributed medicine to more than 8,000 children in difficult circumstances.

In Do Luong, the activities carried out include: Examination, medicine distribution, free haircuts for 170 disadvantaged children in Hong Son commune, giving 200 health combos to children worth more than 30 million VND; giving 20 life jackets to children in Do Luong district; attending the handover of a playground for children in Giang Son Dong commune; visiting and giving gifts to the volunteer team teaching free English classes in Giang Son Tay commune. *First year of appearance"wild shrimp" flew back to the village, people in the mountainous commune of Tam Quang, Tuong Duong district (Nghe An) spend all night hanging lamps and nets... hunting, earning millions of dong each night.
